This past weekend Daniel and I felt brave and decided to go pick up my nephew Maddox whom is TWO - almost three in September.
He isn't quite on track with who is an Aunt and who is an Uncle. So needless to say I am "Uncle Canni"
He is growing up so fast!
We started our Saturday at the arcade and played some games, won some prizes, and had lots of fun!

After the arcade we ended up stopping by Wal-Mart for some goodies to eat/drink over the weekend!
We asked Maddox what he would like for dinner and every time we asked he would yell "Pizza Fwiday!!!!", evidently he gets pizza every Friday at school! Lucky boy!! This was still his choice after several attempts to deter him so we ordered some pizza and cheese sticks! Lucky me!!! YUM!
Sunday morning came around, Maddox woke up early with what sounded like a nasty cough so we decided against church and got to work in the kitchen once some cough meds were administered! <--- that was fun!
He found the whisk and wanted to help crack the eggs!

We are in the process of getting ready to move so we have limited access to the dining room at this point.
Hence the makeshift toddler table that turned into a boat later :)
After some amazing french toast and some Bob the Builder shows we headed out to the pool!
Maddox didn't want in the picture, he's still working on his manly figure. LOL.
Overall it was a great weekend with the Mad man !
We were pooped and turned into lazy bums for the rest of our weekend!
We are heading to see my Momma and brother this coming weekend! Can't wait!
